Return and Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Return new and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging, including all literature/documentation and original tags. There are no restocking fees on product returns that meet the above conditions. We do NOT facilitate exchanges. Instead, place a new order for the desired merchandise and return unwanted items using our regular return process. Once the return is received, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Conditions for New Items

  • Helmets & Apparel: Any merchandise used beyond a simple trial indoors (e.g., boots worn outside, helmets taken from the store) cannot be returned.
  • Vehicle Parts: Any part that has been installed or shows signs of attempted installation on a vehicle is non-returnable.
  • Store Credit: Only issued with manager authorization. Credit notes are valid for 1 year. No exchanges, refunds, or credit notes for helmets, electrical parts, electronics, or special orders. Returns require proof of purchase. No exchanges or credit notes accepted after 15 days from purchase date. No returns on liquidation merchandise.
  • Backorder: Canceled backorders are subject to supplier confirmation and a 3-business day wait before becoming eligible for a refund. No returns accepted on socks and underwear.

Conditions for Liquidation Items

  • All liquidation items are final sale, and as such, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please note that manufacturer warranties may still apply where applicable. For further details or inquiries, please contact the store directly.
